Edward T. Chang, Riverside Gov and the Dosan Memorial Foundation (DMFA) are the main culprits that push this false history. Pachappa Camp was not the First Koreatown, and their claim that Dosan Ahn Chang Ho founded Pachappa Camp is a lie as well.
